Tuscan bags - leather bags from Italy
Luxury handmade leather bags from Italy 100% genuine leather!

If you have already made the decision that you finally want to treat yourself to a real leather bag.....and why not??...real fun, then just before you buy....here are some things that are important for you to know before parting with hundreds and maybe thousands Shekels. I have put together an explanation here (extended enough, without digging too much...) and I hope it will help you make the right choice:
So if you're going to buy a leather bag then let it be quality leather!!!!. High quality leather looks much better after  years of use. The higher the quality, the more its patina looks. It's not something we get with "treated" skin. Avoid spending hundreds of shekels on bags that are actually made of pieces of leather with chemicals, plastic, and other kinds of filling leftovers. It is quite common these days to try to promote these products as an "authentic leather" product.
Dyeing the skins:
The painting process (or in the professional parlance "tanning"). There are two main painting processes: "chrome painting" and "vegetable painting"
Chrome dyeing: a cheap and fast process that uses chromium and other harsh chemicals. The process only takes two days, so these leathers are much cheaper. 90% of the leather market uses these leathers.
"Dyed vegetable leather": The term "vegetables" refers to natural materials used to dye the leather. The dyeing process lasts several weeks where the leathers are kept with tree barks and vegetable dyes in large containers together and this is how the leather actually gets its color.
Country of origin: usually determines the quality of the bag!!. We know that there are a number of countries that produce quality leather such as Italy, England, France and the United States.
But these days you have to exercise a little more judgment - especially when it comes to labels. There are quite a few companies that take advantage of the "Italy" reputation. The work on the leather is carried out in another country and finally the bag is sewn in Italy and the "MADE IN ITALY" label is affixed - this is how they sell low quality leather at high prices
Durability: The best leather bags come from the most durable leather. They are professional works of art!!! Don't just sew different parts together. Two things should be involved: choice of leather and precise sewing. The ideal bag can hold a certain weight and transfer it to the subject without tiring him at all. Bag stitching should be straight and without any loose threads. It is important to check the internal and external surfaces. It is also necessary to make sure that the handles of the bag are connected to the body of the bag using reinforced seams or metal bodies. You don't want the handles to be glued to the bag - they are at risk of coming loose and most likely when you find the bag on your hands...it's only a matter of time!
Hardware (metal accessories): So before buying a leather bag, it is better to check the quality of all the small parts. It always helps to check the details from all sides of the case. The features to pay close attention to: buckles, handles, locks, metal rings, shoulder strap rings, zippers (note that metal zippers are of better quality than plastic zippers)
Buying a bag online: zoom in on the pictures, so you can check the parts and also look at (or request) pictures showing the bag with the zipper closed and open.
Color choice: black, dark brown, light brown brown. Dark black and brown are best suited for professional environments. They convey a sense of authority and power.
Tans and lighter browns go well with a relaxed work atmosphere. The most official option - black color! Because the color is suitable for all clothes. But remember that dark brown (chocolate) is another perfect choice. This color can remain very elegant, classy even after a decade. Avoid bags that have more than two different colors or stitching with a contrasting color. These bags have a flamboyant look. One color would be the safest bet.
Finally, you need to consider the kind of statement you want to make with the bag. The design should be suitable for your profession. The bag itself should do it.
